Within 14 days of receiving your order you have the option to cancel it and return it to us.

• To cancel your order, please fill out our return form with your details and put it in the package. We would be happy if you could state the reason for the return.

After we receive, inspect and record your return, we will immediately refund the amount to the original payment method used.

For secure processing, we recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please keep the delivery receipt in a safe place.

• Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.

• The return must be made in the original packaging. Please note that a refund of the purchase price is not possible if the product is no longer in new condition after the return.
